“After 28 years of marriage, we have decided to legally separate,” the statement said. “We will always love each other and our two wonderful children. We are united in supporting each other and our family. Please respect our privacy during this time.”

According to documents filed in Long Island, New York, and obtained by Radar Online, Theresa Caputo filed for divorce April 18. The gossip site claims she has hired a high-powered attorney to represent her, but Larry Caputo has not yet hired a lawyer.

TMZ cameras caught up with Larry Caputo in Los Angeles, where he now lives since moving from the East Coast nine months ago. The 61-year-old said he started dating again.

“I have moved on,” Larry Caputo told TMZ June 26. “I’m fortunate enough to say that I have met someone special. But I’ll just leave it for that now.”

In April, Theresa Caputo told “Extra” that she is taking things slow.

“Right now, Larry is living in L.A. and I'm here in New York. We're just taking it day by day,” she said. “It’s an adjustment, but I’m OK.”

“We don't even say we’re married anymore. We refer to ourselves as ‘life partners,’ where you get into that space where you realize you are literally with somebody for the rest of your life,” he said. “There’s no deal-breakers. There’s nothing she could do -- ever -- nothing that would break our relationship. She has my support till death, and it feels so good to get to that space where you’re not complaining, and worrying, and demanding that a person be a certain thing.”

People reported that Pinkett Smith said something similar about their relationship while speaking to Sway Calloway in June.

“Here’s the thing about Will and I. It’s like, we are family. That is never going down. It’s just not. Ever,” she said. “We are family. Take out all that whole marriage/relationship crap. At the end of the day, Will and I are family. I am going to hold him down. Doesn’t matter. All that relationship and what people think, ideas of a husband and a partner and all that, man, whatever, at the end of the day, that’s a man that can rely on me for the rest of his life, period.”

The couple, who have been married for more than 20 years, are regularly plagued by divorce rumors and allegations of an open relationship. Smith addressed divorce rumors in “To the Clique,” a song he posted on YouTube in May.

“Twenty years of swag y’all just witnessed, stop the divorce rumors and mind your damn business,” Smith raps in the song.

Pinkett Smith and Smith met in 1994 and began dating in 1995. They will be married 21 years in December.

“So this email from my agent (a political liberal) today...,” Woods tweeted.

The tweet included a screenshot of an email that appears to be from Kaplan with the subject “Well...”

“It’s the 4th of July and I’m feeling patriotic,” Kaplan said in the email. “I don’t want to represent you anymore. I mean I can go on a rant but you know what I’d say.”

Woods tweeted his response to Kaplan, although it is not clear if he also replied directly to the email.

“My response: ‘Dear Ken, I don’t actually. I was thinking if you’re feeling patriotic, you would appreciate free speech and one’s right to think as an individual. Be that as it may, I want to thank you for all your hard work and devotion on my behalf. Be well.’”

Woods has been vocal about his conservative politics. In February, he said he was blacklisted from Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which hosts the Golden Globes, when former HFPA president Philip Berk asked him if he would vote for Hillary Clinton if she ran for president.

“During a press junket with HFPA, (Berk) asked if I would support Hillary Clinton if she ever ran for president,” Woods said in a tweet. “Never nominated again.”

Crow told Meredith that she has been recording with artists who she’s admired for a while, including Stevie Nicks, Keith Richards, Joe Walsh and Don Henley. She also used vocals from the late Johnny Cash on a song.

“I really love the record so much,” she said. “At the same time I think, you know, ‘How would I follow that up with an album?’ And I do think that albums as an art form are a little bit of a dying art form. People are more interested in singles.

“I’ve sort of made the decision in my head that the record that comes out next year will be my last full album and I’ll just start putting songs out, and that feels good to me. It feels great not to spend the time in the studio to make a fully realized conceptual album but just to put out really pertinent songs that feel immediate.”

Crow’s latest single, “Wouldn't Want To Be Like You,” is out now through digital distribution startup Stem.

The Peachtree was the rapper’s first 10K, but a recent devotion to distance running provided a solid foundation for the road race.

At a news conference Tuesday, Jeezy received some advice about the course from two-time Olympic medalist Bernard Lagat. Those tips proved useful, as Lagat went on to win the men’s elite division with a time of 28:45 while Jeezy ran the entire course and finished in a little over an hour.

“The crazy thing was (with) so much motivation going around it didn’t feel like it was really a race,” he said. “I love the people that were on the side of the road with their signs and giving away watermelon and beer. Welcome to Atlanta.”
