October 30, 2013 (Baton Rouge, La.) — Bayou Country Superfest announced today that George Strait, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Reba, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Hunter Hayes, Lee Brice and more will appear at the 5th anniversary festival, scheduled for May 23, 24 & 25, 2014 adding Friday at LSU Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. Scheduled over Memorial Day Weekend, the Bayou Country Superfest draws fans from all across North America to Baton Rouge for a holiday weekend of country music, tailgating and good times.
George Strait, the King of Country Music, will highlight opening night of the 2014 Bayou Country Superfest on Friday, May 23 as part of the final leg of his farewell, The Cowboy Rides Away Tour. Reba, the multi-talented Country Hall of Fame icon, will make her first-ever appearance at the Festival, as will Chris Young. Bayou Country Superfest is Strait’s only announced festival appearance on the farewell tour and it will be the only location to see George and Reba together on one night.
Entertainer of the Year, Luke Bryan, headlines night two of the Festival on May 24, and he’ll be cruisin’ into town with Florida Georgia Line, Lee Brice, Easton Corbinand Gloriana.

It doesn’t get any more exciting than adding a third night to present George Strait’s farewell tour plus Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Reba and Eric Church over three huge days of country music.”

Three-day Festival ticket packages, as well as traditional Saturday-Sunday only packages and single-day George Strait/Reba tickets go on sale Tuesday, November 5 at 10:00 a.m. CST on BayouCountrySuperfest.com, AXS.com or by calling AXS at (888)929-7849. Reserved Festival parking also goes on sale Tuesday, November 5. Single-day tickets for May 24 and 25 will go on sale in the coming weeks. Special stage-front, standing-room tickets in an area called the Golden Horseshoe will be available for Saturday, May 24 and Sunday, May 25 only. Friday, May 23 will feature the Golden Circle, a seated area directly in front of the stage within the first ten rows. (See attached Ticket Information sheet for details.)
New for 2014, the Tiger Plaza will be a general admission ticketed space that will allow guests to enjoy a free-flowing festive hangout area and attend all three days of the Superfest for only $100. Discounted two-day and three-day ticket packages will also be available in other price levels while supplies last. Don’t forget to add parking to your ticket purchase in one of LSU’s premium parking lots.
